Motorola announced that it has started rolling out Android 5.0 Lollipop for Moto G and Moto G 2nd Gen devices in India.
The new Android update lets you have a look at the quick settings on the lock screen itself and allows you to use them without unlocking it(See Screenshot) .You will get a very smooth and nice experience, with this new update.
Before updating make sure your battery is fully charged and it is an OTA(Over-The-Air) update so make sure you have a good net connection(WiFi recommended).
To update Lollipop on your MotoG, go to Settings->AboutPhone->SystemUpdates. The download size is about 356.5MB and once downloaded the OS will be automatically upgraded to Android 5.0.2.
