BlackBerry Passport Overview
BlackBerry announced their latest QWERTY smartphone BlackBerry Passport in India. The phone is packed with BlackBerry v10.1 OS, 4.5 Inches display, QWERTY Keypad, 2.2GHz Quad-core Processor, 3GB RAM, 13MP rear camera, 32GB Internal storage and 3450mAh Non-removable Li-Ion battery.
BlackBerry Passport Short Review
BlackBerry Passport is a new smartphone from Blackberry with rich features and specifications. The phone packed with a big 4.5” diagonal screen. The display features 1440 x 1440 pixels and 453 PPI 10-point multi-touch display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974-AA) processor powers the BlackBerry Passport and it works with 450MHz Adreno 330 GPU. Camera fitted in BlackBerry Passport is a 13MP Auto-Focus rear camera with 6DOF OIS. Other camera features are BSI sensor, 5-element f2.0 lens, LED Flash and it can offers 1080p HD video recording at 60fps.
BlackBerry Passport offers a high clarity 2MP Fixed-Focus front-facing camera. This is specially made for image & video stabilization. It can support 720p HD video recording. The phone comes with dimensions of (LxWxD): 128 x 90.3 x 9.3mm (9.6mm at camera location) too.
It weighs 194.4g. Data and connectivity options in BlackBerry Passport is good and it includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 LE, SlimPort, NFC, GPS + GLONASS etc. BlackBerry Passport gets 3GB LPDDR3 800MHz RAM.
Storage options includes 32GB internal memory. Memory can be further expandable memory up to 64GB with microSD card for storing the films, songs and photos. Battery powers the BlackBerry Passport smartphone is a 3450mAh integrated non-removable battery to get best back up.
